NAGI Jewelers Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange, merchandise credit or refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the watch is returned in its original, unworn condition, with original box, warranty and paperwork.
Include with all Returns
- Original watch box with brand-provided materials
- Warranty Card
- Instruction book
- Extra links that may have been removed
- Visible wear may incur a charge for complete strap replacement and or Case and bracelet refurbishing
- A service charge of up to $150.00 will apply if items listed above are not returned with the watch

We recommend that you send your return via insured parcel for your protection. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number and order number with your return package.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

No refunds are accepted for purchases at our store. All claims, battery replacement or warranty service must be accompanied by your invoice. |
